Return Policy:

At Furniture Island, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 14 days of delivery. Please note the following guidelines:

  1. Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Please ensure that all tags and labels are intact.

  2. Return Window: You have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

  3. Return Fees:

    • For smaller items, a return fee of £39 to £59 will be deducted from your refund.
    • For larger items such as sofas and other furniture, a return fee ranging from £49 to £99 will be applied.

  4. Bespoke Items: Please note that bespoke or custom-made items cannot be returned.

  5. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the specified return window. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

  6. Despatch Fee: If your order hasn't been dispatched for delivery and you have changed your mind about your purchase, it is very simple to cancel your order. Just email back to your order confirmation (sales@furniture-island.co.uk) and we can cancel your order without a problem. However, if the item has already been despatched- you may then be liable to pay a despatch fee which can range anywhere between: £39-£99.

    If you have found an identical item, we retail cheaper somewhere else please let us know and we will endeavour to price match, all you need is a quote from a competitor or a website link for the same product.


  7. Refund: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, minus any applicable return fees.

  8. Exclusions: Please note that certain items may be excluded from our standard return policy due to hygiene reasons or other restrictions. These exclusions will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

  9. Damaged or Faulty Items: If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our warranty and guarantee policy.

Additional items that cannot be returned:

  1. Clearance items
  2. Offline purchase (items or parts unlisted on our website)
  3. Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page
  4. Please note, any items returned without authorization will not qualify for a refund and be rejected on delivery to our returns centre.
